We will welcome Saturday & Sunday morning with mindful meditation followed by a nourishing vinyasa practice with emphasis on alignment. Friday & Saturday evening we will enjoy a restorative/yin practice to relax the body and calm the mind. Aromatherapy, pranayama and meditation round out the practice to prepare the body for a restful nights sleep.
Price includes: 2 nights lodging, 4 yoga classes, breakfast at Otto's on Saturday & Sunday, Saturday dinner (excluding beverages).
